Our standard range buildings are between 6m2 and 10m2 clad with either Scandinavian Redwood or Marley Board finishes and include:

- Painted internally (choice of colours)
- Laminate flooring (choice of colours)
- Internal electrics to include dimmable LED spotlights, 2 double recessed plug sockets and consumer unit
- Full 10 year guarantee
**If garden room is for gym use, a concrete floor must be provided by the customer

Our standard range of Garden Rooms are available as either Scandinavian Redwood or Marley Board. Fully fitted prices start from £15,950. Our standard range is available in 3 different sizes:
- 2.8m x 2.2m (6.16m2)
- 3.7m x 2.2m (8.14m2)
- 4m x 2.5m (10m2)
*All prices include VAT and a 10% deposit is required upon order.
