Our Premium buildings offer more flexibility on size, specification and finish. All Premium buildings include:

- Choice of 3 finishes – Scandinavian Redwood, Marley Board/Cedral and Cedar
- Sliding or French doors
- Up to 4 windows depending on size
- Up to 500mm front overhang with exterior spotlights
- Painted internally (choice of colours)
- Laminate flooring (choice of colours)
- Internal electrics to include dimmable LED spotlights, up to 4 double recessed plug sockets and consumer unit
**If garden room is for gym use, a concrete floor must be provided by the customer

Our premium range of Garden Rooms are available in a choice of three finishes; Scandinavian Redwood, Marley Board or Cedar. Fully fitted prices start from £16,500. Our premium is available in 6 different sizes and configurations:
- 2.5m x 2.5m (5m2)
- 3m x 3m (9m2)
- 4m x 2.5m (10m2)
- 5m x 3m (15m2)
- 5.5m x 3.5m (19.25m2)
- 6m x 4m (24m2)
*All prices include VAT and a 15% deposit is required upon order.
